A winner is a loser who tried one more time. Successful people keep on achieving their dreams while the lazy ones get lazier each passing day. Sad, I know. But, does it have to stay that way? For the successful people, of course, yes! For the lazy ones, no because you too can also start achieving your dreams. So, if you reflect on this post and decide for yourself that one day, you will be successful as well, you might want to check the things 1% do that 99% don’t.
7 Things 1% Do that 99% Don’t
#1 Start being different
Being different is one thing but being different with a purpose is a powerful way to live. If you want to be better, you should learn to start being different. How? Start with small things. Start doing things which 1% do that 99% don’t.

- Wake up early.
- Make your bed.
- Have a daily schedule and RESPECT that schedule.
- Go to sleep after achieving your daily goals.
- Friends are calling you out? Another expense? Rejecting them won’t make you antisocial especially if you choose to save and work for your goals.
- Cut off unnecessary expenses. Do you have unnecessary subscriptions? Do you really need them? Try to audit your monthly expenses and remove which are not really a need.
#2 Most people are lazy. Don’t be like them.
Have you noticed? Most people (sometimes, we’re part of these people) are full of excuses. They do a lot of procrastination and most of the time, they are lazy. The worst thing that is happening or will happen is to belong with them while the best thing is to learn from them. Don’t ever follow them. Make every day a learning opportunity to strive to become better by doing much better.

#3 Keep on falling in love with learning.
Research – this saves me a lot of time. In every problem, there is a solution. You can now even google whatever question you have in mind, and voila – Google will give you all sorts of answers. Aside from reading books and online articles, work also on learning how to have the right discipline to get things done.

#4 Keep your feet grounded
Be humble! There are lots of successful people who got a taste of life’s bitter moments and then go straight to the bottom. Always be humble and tell yourself this: ‘’There is someone in this room better than me’’ This is not for you to be discouraged. But, this is to motivate you to keep on working harder to surpass that person. Never brag about anything nor make announcements. Just work silently on your path to success.

#5 Execute
Kill your excuses! There is never a perfect time and there will never be a perfect time for you to take action. There is never a perfect time for you to start working on your dream – to launch that business, to embrace a new hobby, to spend time with your friends or family, or to write a blog post. After a careful planning, decide to start!
