Blueberry Cheesecake in a Box
Amazing. The cake came in an elegant box. I find the gold color so cute, and the inner side of the top cover was transparent so you can see the delicious reward waiting for me. The box was wrapped in red lace, and I can say that the quality is really good because nothing was torn or broken when I disassembled them for eating.
How about the taste?
Okay. Let’s set this straight. I LOVE THE CAKE! The Real Cheesecake did an amazing job perfecting this craft. The cake has three layers – the blueberry topping, the cheesecake base and the crust. Let’s start at the bottom – the crust. I usually get a lot more crust than I would normally get from a slice, but this cake has the right thickness of crust which blended just right with the overall flavor – at least for me.
Next is the base – the cheesecake base. It’s very simple, but packed with full cream cheese flavor. It’s not too sweet, which I love, making it a real solid base. Last is the top – the blueberry toppings! It’s thick, but guess what, it’s density is not overwhelming. Besides, the thickness doesn’t mean it’s overpowering the whole flavor with its sourness. It’s full-flavored, and you see to it that you have your cake made from real ingredients.
