SiteGround Hosting Review: Latest Hosting Plan Changes 2020

siteground hosting review

If you will ask me, SiteGround is my outstanding choice for web hosting. SiteGround Hosting Review: This company is well-known for its superb customer support, and I can attest to that. I had several problems with my site for the past two years, and their outstanding and fast customer service never failed me, even once. On top of that they have fast servers and plans offering free CDNs and SSL certificates. Their datacenter locations are on three continents: North America, Europe, and the Asia-Pacific region with servers in London, Chicago, Singapore, and Amsterdam. This means when visitors access your site, it will automatically choose a datacenter location nearest to them resulting in your site loading so quickly. Now, who can beat that?

If you are interested in using SiteGround for your website, make sure you click my link because no one beats our discount. You can save up to 77% off all plans.

SiteGround scores perfect 5-star rating among 2,100 reviews by actual customers. That means they get top scores for support, quality, features, and value. SiteGround is remains the #1 choice for the past three years.

SiteGround Hosting Review: Latest Hosting Plan Changes 2020

Recently, I received an e-mail update about their latest offerings which I am going to discuss in this post. Several hot updates about their web hosting will be shared here to help you keep updated. Please find them below.

More web space for GoGeek users
Our most powerful shared plan — GoGeek, just got even more attractive! For the same price our GoGeek users now receive 10GB more space to have 40GB in total. As web space is one of the main parameters of each hosting plan, please make sure you update the number, if it is mentioned in your promotional materials.
No more free manual site transfer on GrowBig & GoGeek plans
Until now, we’ve provided one free professional site migration done by our experts for each GrowBig and GoGeek hosting plans purchased. As of May 20, 2020, all manual migrations will become a paid service (30USD/24EUR/20GBP/30AUD per site). We would like to strongly encourage you to advertise our free automated WordPress transfer instead. It is available on all plans thanks to our WordPress Migrator plugin. Each day the plugin is successfully used by hundreds of our customers to move their WordPress sites to SiteGround with just a few clicks.
Two new data centers – Sydney and Frankfurt
We have recently launched two new data center locations: Sydney, Australia and Frankfurt, Germany. As soon as they became available on our site, we saw a marked increase in the interest of our customers from both of these countries. If you have a potential audience from Australia or Germany, make sure you tell them the good news and boost your conversions.
40% faster processors
Just a few months after we moved our infrastructure to Google Cloud, we are able to upgrade to 40% faster processors for all our servers. Script executions on all plans will become even more efficient and this will result in faster website load and less resource usage for all customers. You can share the news about how our service has become even faster with your audience too.

I hear so much good stuff about Siteground lately, this is another awesome review. Unfortunately, I went with another provider, and I’m not happy. Will definitely keep a switch in mind!!!

Very informative post. I use word press, but have been looking into self hosting for a while now.

That’s a very good review of Siteground Hosting. I find self-hosting a bit time consuming and challenging. I use WordPress to do it. But I will look at self-hosting in future.

I’ve heard so much about siteground but I haven’t given it a try. Maybe I will someday– who knows?

Good to know an alternative. I’ve been using Bluehost since 2016 and there have been a few ups and downs.
