It is every child’s dream to reach the so-called happiest place on earth – Disneyland. Our experience in Hong Kong Disneyland is truly one of the most amazing and magical experiences we had when we were in Hong Kong! It was my first time to reach Disneyland and I’m so glad that we spent one full day there. Even though we’re no longer children, the experience we had here awakened the crazy child in us. If we had a great extent of walkathon in Macau (Day Trip in Macau From Hong), the one we had in Disneyland was more relaxing, but still fun-filled!
Getting to Hong Kong Disneyland
Getting to Hong Kong Disneyland is easy. From our hotel, we walked towards Tsim Sha Tsui station and then, we took the MTR (Mass Transit Railway) to Sunny Bay Station. It’s cool because Disneyland has its own MTR Line – the Disneyland Resort Line, which will be what you’ll take once you reach Sunny Bay Station. I couldn’t stop smiling the moment I saw the train full of excited kids!
First Impressions of Disneyland
The Disneyland Park opens at 10:30 am, so we went there just on time after we had our breakfast at Jollibee Tsim Sha Tsui branch. It was our first ever Disneyland experience so the first few minutes we spent were on taking snaps on the main entrance.
For the tickets, we already purchased online via Klook which would be an advantage if you visit the park as the ticketing booth gets too crowded on-site. 1-Day ticket would be enough for us to visit the whole park.

We found a spot in the Main Street USA and stood there fifteen minutes before the parade. This show is the closing ceremony which pretty much summed up our visit to the magical land.

Disneyland is fulfilled with great games for children……….. STARK expo is best place in disneyland.
My dream has always been to visit all the Disneyworlds in the world, but for now I have been alone in Paris and then now we lacked this pandemic to stop!
Good that you were able to try their rides out. When I was there a decade ago, it was more on photoshoots and we just went for the 3D Theater and waited for the fireworks as we came late. We woke up late!
